Every order is packed with care from our Beverly Hills practice.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. 

Shipping rates & delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of shipping. Orders over $200 ship free.

Where we ship. We currently ship worldwide.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Something wrong with your delivery? If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email hello@drzoe.skin within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
